Stephen, Tyler, & spouses meet to discuss potential third church to join the replant.

On Monday, a unique and Spirit-filled meeting took place — Dee and I along with Stephen, and LaNette sat down with the leadership team of a potential third church partner to talk about something bold: a church replant that brings 3 churches together under one mission.

It began as a space filled with stories, values, listening, and some mutual excitement. There was a clear sense that God could be stirring something more than a merger or a move — He’s inviting His people to co-create a new expression of the Church, together. This isn’t about preserving what was — it’s about planting something new.

A church replant rooted in:

• Gospel-centered teaching

• Spirit-led worship

• Multi-voice leadership

• Intentional discipleship

• Real community across cultures and backgrounds

While nothing is finalized yet, the potential in the room was unmistakable. Conversations like this are rare — but when they happen, they carry the weight of Kingdom possibility.

We’re praying, listening, and moving slowly — but we’re also filled with hope. Because when the Church lays down turf and picks up trust, God builds something far greater than we can imagine.—Tyler Arp
