Our Mother’s Day Out program offers classes for children ages 15 months through 3 years old. A child must be potty trained or in the process of , for our 3 year old classroom. Our program is open to church members and non-church members.

FALL /SPRING: Tuesdays//Wednesdays//Thursdays. The hours are 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
SUMMER: Tuesdays/Thursdays. The hours are 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. We also offer the opportunity for you to bring your school age child (ren) to join us for our 8-week summer program.

A new registration form must be filled out. A one time $75.00 per family/yr NON-REFUNDABLE registration fee is required. A $55 supply fee per child, each session is also required.

FALL/SPRING: Tuition is priced per month and is not prorated for days missed. We offer a 10% sibling discount on tuition if you need to enroll multiple children.
2-day program (all age groups)(15mos-3yrs old) : $250.00
3-day program (all age groups): $360
Aftercare: 2:00-4:30 pm
2-day program - $105 per child. No sibling discount.
3-day program - $150 per child. No sibling discount.

Invoices will go out monthly by email, and will be due the first of each month. The first month of the session is when you will be charged the activities fee for all families and registration fee for new families.
You will make your payments through the parent portal with your credit card on file. However, you are still able to make payments with cash or check if need be.
There will be a 10 day grace period from the invoice due date, beyond that, a $5 late fee will be charged. Activities fees are non-refundable, and if a family has to discontinue a child's enrollment, a 15-day notice will be required.

Our program is structured and we do have an Academic & a Bible based curriculum in place. The children have a Bible story bi- weekly; a unit of study every 2 weeks; and a letter, color, number, and shape and theme of the month that they are taught in different formats: through arts/crafts, science, songs/worship, movement/dance, and storytelling.

Each classroom has two teachers: a lead teacher and an assistant teacher.
Infant: 9
Young 2s: 10
Older 2s: 11
3yr old: 15

Drop Off- begins at 8:30am. All children will have temperatures taken, recorded, and will say "goodbyes" to family member(s) at the check-in area.
Pick Up- Begins at1:55pm.

Backpack with Change of clothes/extra pull-ups/underwear
***We provide morning snacks each day (usually goldfish, crackers, pretzels, etc.); if the child has allergies, we will find something he/she is able to have with guidance from you, the parent. We also provide unscented wipes.*** ( You are permitted to provide your own wipes if you wish.)

The teachers will make every effort to send home a sheet each day describing the child(ren) overall day (ex. mood, general amount of food/ potty breaks participated in, any things noted as unusual, and a few of the activities in which he/she participated). If you have specific questions or need to communicate something with the teachers, please feel free to email them.

The medical form (attached below) will need to be printed and signed as witnessed by a Notary of the Public, then brought in on the first day of attendance. Please be advised to read and agree to all policies in your parental portal as well.

Yes, If you would like to schedule an in person walk-through, we are able to schedule those during the daytime hours as follows: 10:00a, 10:30a, or 11:00a when available on Tuesdays or Thursdays.
