Second Crossroads & Mosaic Ministry Team Meeting

There’s something sacred about a table surrounded by leaders, coffee cups in hand, hearts open, and a shared desire to follow where God is leading. This week, the ministry teams of Crossroads and Mosaic gathered not just to plan — but to pray, listen, dream, and discern. And it was powerful.

From the very beginning, there was a clear sense that this wasn’t just about logistics — it was about relationship. As we shared stories, past challenges, and current hopes, it was clear that though our churches have different flavors, we’re drawn by the same calling: to see lives transformed by Jesus and our city renewed by His love.

There was space to talk openly — about what’s working, what’s hard, and what’s next. Both teams brought a posture of humility and expectancy. We weren’t there to build our own kingdoms, but to ask:
“God, what are You doing here — and how can we join You, together?”

Key themes emerged:

  • Shared mission: Reaching people far from God in real, relational ways

  • Discipleship together: Forming deep, resilient faith in homes

As we dreamed together, it became clear — the future might not be about doing more alone, but discovering how we can do more together. There’s excitement around the future.

This wasn’t a conclusion — it was a the second in many more to come.. Seeds were planted.

Please pray with us as we continue this journey — that we would stay open, obedient, and bold. That our partnership would bear fruit. That our churches would shine brighter together than apart.—Tyler Arp
